1. Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we’re happy to offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- You received a wrong item
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
- You received an incomplete order
2. Return Request Window
Please raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Reported within the 48-hour return window
4. Refunds
Once we inspect and approve your request, your refund will be:
- Issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days

6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products purchased during clearance sales
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions:
- You must email us within 7 days of purchase at support@globuslabs.in
- The email must include:
1 - Order ID
2 - Reason for dissatisfaction
3 - Details of what did not work well for you - The product must be shipped back to our facility at your own cost
- Only up to 7 days’ recommended dosage should be consumed
Verification & Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect and validate usage
- Once approved, confirmation will be shared via email
- 50% of the product cost (excluding shipping and COD charges) will be refunded
- Refund will be credited to your preferred bank account or original payment method within 5–7 business days
